Mae Canolfan Peniarth, sy’n cynnal y rhaglen hon ar ran y UWTSD, yn rhan o Brifysgol Cymru Y Drindod Dewi Sant, sydd o dan rwymedigaeth gyfreithiol i gydymffurfio â darpariaethau Deddf Diogelu Data 1998.
Nid yw’r UWTSD na Chanolfan Peniarth yn casglu unrhyw ddata defnyddwyr drwy’r rhaglen hon heblaw’r hyn a ddarperir ar ffurf data dadansoddi drwy’r App Store y caiff yr ap ei lawrlwytho ohoni. Mae’r data hwnnw’n cynnwys, ymysg pethau eraill, sawl gwaith y caiff ap ei lawrlwytho, y gwledydd y tarddodd y lawrlwythiadau ohonynt, y dyfeisiau a ddefnyddiwyd i lawrlwytho’r ap a meddalwedd y System Weithredu y mae’r ddyfais yn ei rhedeg. Mae’r data hwn yn breifat i aelodau staff y UWTSD a Chanolfan Peniarth sy’n ymwneud â chreu, cynnal a marchnata’r ap yn unig, a chaiff ei ddefnyddio o wneud gwelliannau i’r ap ac i ddylanwadu ar ddatblygu rhagor o apiau neu apiau yn y dyfodol.
O dro i dro, gall fod yn ofynnol i’r UWTSD neu Ganolfan Peniarth ddiweddaru’r Polisi Preifatrwydd hwn. Bydd unrhyw ddiweddariad ar y polisi yn cael ei grybwyll yn nisgrifiad yr ap yn yr App Store (yn achos iOS) ac yn Google Play Store (yn achos Android). Eich cyfrifoldeb chi fydd darllen y fersiwn diweddaraf.
Canolfan Peniarth, the maintainer of this application on behalf of UWTSD, is part of The University of Wales Trinity Saint David, which is legally obliged to comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998.
Neither UWTSD nor Canolfan Peniarth collect any user data from this application aside from that which is provided as analytic data through the App Store from which the app is downloaded. This data includes, but is not limited to, the number of times an app is downloaded, the countries of origin for the downloads, the devices used to download the app and the Operating System software the device is running. This data is private only to the staff members of UWTSD and Canolfan Peniarth involved in the creation, maintenance and marketing of the app, and will be used to make improvements to the app and influence development of further or future apps.
From time to time, UWTSD or Canolfan Peniarth may be required to update this Privacy Policy. Any updates to the policy will be mentioned on the app's description in the App Store (for iOS) and Google Play Store (for Android). It will be your responsibility to read the latest version.
